Can't see the D drive after system reformat

My friend just reformated his computer and now he can't see his D drive.

He only has one hardrive and its 200GB. The hardrive has two partitions. C and D drive.

I remember there is an option in my computer that i can choose to make the D drive appear but can't seems to put my figer on it.

Does anybody now what i am talking about? if you know please show me step by step how to do it.

Do you see the drive there? Is that what your looking for?
