Can't start Mass Effect 2

Guys I modified the exe file and now I can't launch the game I get:

"The following file could not be found:
MassEffect2.xml"

how did you modify it exactly? and if im correct an xml file is an internet file of some sort, it should be .exe

I played with the "properties" to force Anti-Aliasing because this fking games does not have AA ;(
