Can't Upload Photos to the Internet Anymore HARDRIVE??

I have been uploading Photos for months to the Internet (Ebay, attachment from Yahoo Mail, Image Shack Photo Hosting, etc) all of a sudden I can't upload a Thing. Computer has been making a spooling sound lately and slowing down and freezing. My question is: Do you think I may need a NEW HARD DRIVE? or is it my Motherboard? If I do get a NEW HARD DRIVE can I transfer the PROGRAMS I have on it to the NEW DRIVE? THANKS

Yes I am experiencing the spooling sound problems while I am browsing too but not all the time. Thanks

I've just tried getting photos from my camera and I can do that, but deleting them takes awhile and the computer makes that spooling sound, when I go back to a Internet site once I've been off the computer for 5 minutes I get the spooling sound and it takes me awhile to get the site up and running again. Am I making sense?

If you hard drive is making strange noises I would replace it. You can get software tools to copy one drive to the other. Hard drive manufacturers should have one on their website.
