Can't watch DVD on PC

I have watched several DVD movies on my computer before last week, but now when I try to watch DVD movie I get an error message saying The DVD will not play due to my Video Card having an illegal output.
I have changed nothing.

Why will it work before and not now, nothing has changed.
 
That's really odd... Probably not it, but have you checked device manager to see if perhaps there's a conflict with your video card of some sort?
