Capture Card Help

Hey guys. I need a little help here. I have this Capture Card and I have used it numerous times to record video footage of me playing on my Xbox. What I am trying to figure out now, is how do I use it to capture video from regular television or my DVD Player? As in, what do I have to hook the wires up to and what not?

No different than using your xbox! Video/audio out from the tv into the inputs.

As for the DVD player, it probably won't work, copy protection and all.
