card any good?

would this card be any good for a big gamer..i was gonna go with a 9800pro or the 6800 but the person doesnt wanna spend that much and hes building the computer for gaming..he only has 650 and we already got everything n only have about 80-90 to spend on the card.. i previously posted 120
 
So what card are you asking about?

The best you can get for $80-90 us should be a 9600PRO or XT

Also, it's better to state what type of games hes into rather than saying 'big gamer'. :)
