What is the best card that i can get for around 300-400$? I will be using it for gaming.

AGP or PCIe?

For PCIe you should look at the 7800GT or X1800.

If you have AGP then the 7800GS is interesting.

well xfx factory overclocks their cards a bit higher than evga. they also have a lifetime warranty.

evga has a really good step up program that allows for cheap future upgrades.
