card suggestions

My radeon 9800xt died. I want a slight upgrade but don't have much money to spend (~$60) and I'll probably be getting or building a new computer in the next 2years. I have a dell dimension xps gen 2. I was thinking a Radeon X1650PRO:

Sapphire or HIS?

Space isn't an issue. The agp slot has plenty of clearance and 3 empty pci slots under it.

i would get the HIS one then i was reading the comennts on the sapphire one runs quite hot idel at 50-55.
the HIS one runs coolish for me.
