cardcan i change my dell t5850 hybrid computer video card

If it's the same computer as this : Dell t5850 then no you cannot upgrade the graphics.

Because the graphics card alone is almost the size of your computer. Most graphics cards can be 2inches wide and up to 12inches long. Even a older low profile graphics card will not work. Not only that but I seriously doubt that it has a PCIe slot for a graphics card. Your just sol on this one your will have to buy or build a new computer if you won't better graphics.

As stated, a graphics card will not physically fit into your computer case.
