Case and GPU cooling

I am going to do away with the h110i gt and do a custom water cooler. 4 cooling plates and a radiator with quad fans. Then a seperate water cooled case fan. The guide says not to buy colored fluid so I am going to try and run mini led strips along the tubes to make them glow. But I care more about the performance than the appearance.

edit: On second thought, I may keep the h110i gt then use the custom cooler for the gpu's and a liquid cooled case fan. It's hard to say with out having all the parts infront of me. I don't know what will all fit in the case. I was also thinking of doing exterior mounts for the radiators if needed.

I like your quote by the way. Jayne Cobb is my favorite Firefly character.

I'd agree the h110i gt is a great cooler and a custom cooler will be better but not massively. It would cost a lot aswell, few hundred dollars more for several degrees. Best to keep it simple as it will have a big effect on the gpus and cool them a massive amount over stock 40c rather than 80+ on standard cooling, gives you loads of headroom.

Look at the corsair 900d super tower. Bigger than the current full tower case you have. And has a bottom side support for a 480mm radiator. Giving you loads of room to fit the resivoir and pipe straight through the bottom keeping it nice and neat.
