Case cooling tips

Looking for tips for cooling in my case. Im getting the Aerocool Case which you can look at here.

Now I can put three fans in it and I need help finding a good socket 939 Heatsink and fan for my Amd 3500 CPU. Or should I just keep the basic heatsink and fan that comes with the CPU?
