Case Fan ???

Hi,

I am wondering how it is possible for SpeedFan to display an RPM reading when one of the two fans in my case stops, as it has no rotations due to whatever reason ( I have to clean it or replace it, but its only a couple months old) ?

Speedfan shows fan speeds for ALL fans which are plugged in with a 3-pin plug, and all 3 wires are present. So, you are seeing your CPU fan speed and the speed of your remaining fan.
