Case fans question

Hi guys, i need new fans for my case and I was wondering wether to get
-Cougar Vortex CF-V12S
or the Silverstone AP121
My case is NZXT Tempest 410 if that matters.
Feel free to suggest other fans too if you think there is something better in this price range.
