Got a front intake, side intake and rear exhaust hooked up via molex off the PSU...is it better to run them off of the my motherboards CHA_Fan 1-4? Or just keep there running off the PSU? I also have a temp/fan controller but its a POS and not reliable as its more of a eye candy then anything...any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

1. Molex (full blast)
2. Mobo (controllable via BIOS)
3. Fan controller (controllable via controller)

&& Why???

Are they too loud? Because if they are too loud, check the amperage on them(usually about like .3 amps is too high for mobo headers), and if they are above .3 amps, check and make sure your fan controller can handle it

They're loud because they're cheap fans with crappy bearings. If the fan controller is that bad I would run it off the motherboard. This way you can at least monitor the fan's rpm.

I would say performance. The Rosewill are 29 dBA a piece at 75 ish CFM each...I can live with those but if you say something is better and more quieter I would like to know what you recommend. Thanks.

I see those are SSO...and mine are Sleeve...what's all this mean? Like SSO, 2 ball, Magnetic to sleeve...I know its the bearing but what is what...
