Case/mobo Problem

Ok. I just got all my parts today. IN the case tehre is a tray to hold the MB, and all of the mounting holes for the MB are raised up. THe case come swith no plastic or brass raisers things that i saw on all of the "build your own computer" websites. When i put my MB on the tray, it its the back ports perfectly. The Ports wouldnt fit if i had risers. so im guessing taht the metal risers on the tray act as the bronze ones ive seen, right???

My new gaming case also has the bronze risers, although mine fits into the ports. Are you able to take the bronze risers off and then use screws?

the rises are there so that the back side of the mobo does not contating the metal in the case.
