I have this case

case

im having some heat issues
my case is running around 40 c while the proc is at 44
the case gets up to 42 when under load
this is using the motherboard monitor im assuming the lower numveri s the case and the higher is the cpu so correct me if im wrong

anyway
i have a nice psu antec tru power 430w thats quiet and 4 case fnas in the front of the case i orderd more to fill out the rest of the spots in the case but heres my question

are doing case mods a bad idea?
mainly id like to put 2 or 3 fans in the cieling of my case because i just dont see a good way to solve the heat issues
other than maybe bolting about 10 fans into the plexiglass window?

this case is not cooling friendly i bought it cause i like the color and never had heat problems before

short of buyinga new case what are my options?
assuming there are no good options what case would you recommend
I dont want neons and i dont want a psu
I also dont wanna pay a damn fortune for the case but itd be cool if it looked nice
so... after all that what can i do?

mo its around 68-70

I am running a p4 3.0 prescott

a 6800gt

2 hard drives

1 cd drive
1 dvd drive

2 512 sticks of ram

all on an asus p4p800 se

i have 4 front panel fans
and when the others arrive ill ahve 2 side panel and 1 rear panel

but i dont think thats gonna do it

no its not, unless your sure of what your doing and you have sufficient tools to do it, i have the same case like that and i added 2x 80mm fan on top and instead of 4x 80mm fan in front, i replace it with 1x 120mm fan to lessen the noise.

Well make sure the air circulation is good

like all ur fans may be blowin air in
but u need to have some to blow air out also
im not sure which ones should blow in or out
but yea
