Case painting idea!

OK, do you people think this is stupid or cool? I learned this from one of my friends when he had RC cars. With the clear covers, paint them on the inside so they won't scratch. It also makes them look more glossy and all.

My idea, take some clear case apart and paint the inside of all the panes, perhaps leaving some portions open so you could still see though on the top and of course on the pane over the board.

Thinking about this more, I'm not sure if I'm willing to waste this kind of money on a case just to paint it, but it was an idea

its definetly creative, but i really don't want to run out and spend $30.00 on a case just to paint it. But if your excited, go for it and post pics after.
