Case + Power Supply Combos?

I've noticed the combo deals at newegg.ca have a lot of Cases with power supplies included. Do companies like Thermaltake use recognized Thermaltake supplies in these combos or are they lower end power supplies designed specifically for the combo?
 
They are low end units and should not be used when using a dedicated video card. I wouldn't use most of them even if I didn't have a dedicated video card. Most are just plain junk units.
 
Low end dedicated cards will be used in my builds. Do you mean Thermaltake is just low end in general for psu's or the ones used in the combos are worse than their separate supplies? There are some other brands as well, like Rosewill. I'm steering well clear of Logisys.
 
In Canada the Corsair cx430 is a whopping 24$ after rebate :D
Thanks for the good info. I'm going to be selling what I build and I want to make sure quality parts are used.
