My computer case came with screws that I have to use a screwdriver to open. Where can I buy screws that I can loosen and tighten by hand?

Cheapest bet may be to take some of the screws to a hardware store and see if they have anything with the same length/thread that you can hand-tighten. If money isn't an option, you can probably find them at a computer repair shop (not Best Buy, Circuit City, etc.) or maybe even Radio Shack.

Go online and find some thumb screws, they're very cheap.
