Case Reviews

Any case you have that you want to reveal the pros and cons of, here's the place :D This will be a pretty good asset to the forum and help some of the new-comers that need cases.

I am reviewing my Antec P180

Overall a pretty luxurious case

6 internal 3.5" bays, 1 external 3.5" bay, and 4 5.25" bays. All of the HDD bays have noise dampening silicon mounts. If I had a server application for this, I would put the file server's HDD's on the bottom, a good case for an organized person, not me:P.

7 expansion slots, rubber grommets for liquid-cooling, a 3-speed swith for the rear and top 120mm fan.

Now for those of you that are really indulgent of your components and ears, the PSU cage has silicon strips that when a PSU is mounted, it dampens the noise caused by vibrations.

Closed!

Open! (you get the point)

Filter Grilles that open up to reveal a really durable, washable filter.

The durable, washable filters that I just spoke of......

Pros: Very nice case, durable, good airflow, drop-dead durable simplicity, Front USB ports are sturdy, can hold 120mm fans instead of 80mm.

Cons: I think it weighs ~20lbs., UPS said it weighs 38lbs. which is not true and a shipping fee rip-off.

There's my review, plz submit more and use pix, they give lots more detail... I will do another of the Centurion 5 later.

Have fun & Thanks

Picture of the inside with a "screwless" design which i realy like for the hard drive and 5.25" bays. Also a place for a front 120mm fan..

Pros: Has plenty of room, able to have 3 120mm fans, enough 5.25" bays, has a nice weight to it and feels nice and durable with no flemsyness(?) at all, and a sexy look :P

Cons: Only 3 hdd bays, and the reset switch is inside the door....but no biggie

Overall i would recommend this case as long as you dont plan on having more than 3 hdd's

Btw: that psu has more wires than i could shake a stick at
