Case Suggestions Please!

OK so as said in my "HD 5870 CrossFire" thread, if I were to get two 5870s and CrossFire them I'd need a bigger case to house both cards. I'd need a new power supply too but I'm set on what I'd like to get.

I'm looking at two cases in particular right now, namely the NZXT Phantom 410 and the Fractual Design Define R3. The Define is cheaper so currently I'm leaning towards that, but I'm wondering if two 5870s would easily fit inside it? I'm pretty certain I could get two 5870s inside a Phantom.

Budget is no more than £100 really, so are there any other good cases out there for less than a hundred which would hold two 5870s? Any other suggestions and ideas welcome, as per the usual. :)

Not looking to buy until around October time by the way, because that's when I may possibly be selling my current case and power supply to a friend.

Thanks all.

Look into Lian-Li. Ever since I got a case made by them I've sworn by 'em.

Doesn't look like Lian-Li really have any cases within my budget. :/

Just seen this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-006-AD&groupid=701&catid=7&subcat=2277 looks a lot like the Lian-Li PC-K62? That should be OK.

There's also the Enforcer which I've seen http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-235-CM&groupid=701&catid=7&subcat=2277 the photos show that a 5970 can be installed in there once you remove those bays, so that would be a pretty good option surely? The 5970 is longer than a 5870.

I would go with the Fractal. Only because I did :D I have the Fractal Define XL which I think is basically the same as the R3 but bigger.

But as for the XL, its a very well constructed case and comes with some sound proofing material and I just love the whole thing. Very durable.

Thanks for your input, definitely looking the overall look of the Define R3. Just want to make sure it can hold two 5870s. Going to have a look now.

How are the cable management features in your case? I want to get something with great cable management features.

You can check my case out in my mod thread in this section. It should hold 2 high end video cards with room to spare. But quad SLi/crossfire is out of the question.

OK thanks. I think I've decided on the NZXT Phantom full tower in white. Seems like a nice case and I can get myself one for £105. :)

go for corsair 400R, cool looking case, nice back panel for cable management, plus it have removable airfilter for fan intake

I'm just going to stick with the Lexa S which is what I have now. I'll see how it goes. Thanks for the suggestion though. :)
