Case Switching please help!

I have a HP Pavillion a1211n Desktop PC and I want to remove everything inside (mobo, fans, everything) and switch it over into a cooler looking case and add some cathode tubes eventually. I need you guys to suggest me a case that can take it all.

The problem you will most likely have is trying to figure out the case wires that attach to the motherboard. The Hp motherboard has a proprietary case connection. If you can figure out what wire goes where, you may be able to mod it to fit the new case.

Like said, one problem will be process of figuring out which pins are the Power Switch, Power LED, H/D LED and the reset. I guess you could track them on the old case wires to see which pins are which
