case temperature monitoring, voltage etc

i keep seeing all these cool looking cases that have gauges in the optical slots for anything from coolant temp, case temp, cpu, system, etc....

how hard are these to install?

I think they're pretty easy to install... It just really depends on which one you get.

when it comes down to it, the temperature of everything really doesnt matter imo.. someone could have a cpu at 20C idling, but if your ambient temp is -5C then yea, thats not that great of a cooler... whereas, if ambient temps are like 25C and your cpu cooler keeps it at -20C, then you must be using phase change.

what i mean to say is that people want benchmarks not temperatures. lol if your -20C cpu score helps your 3dmark06 score reach 30,000 then yea, i'd want to see it...

im not trying to be negative, i just feel like its not worth spending time or money on... lol
