Case

Hello,

Recently I have looked in my case because I felt more confident about what I could do with the computer. I had three fans in it. 1 at the back, 2 at the bottom side of the case. The ones at the bottom aren't connected so I took both of them out and conneted ONE to the back of the compuer next to the orginal one. I then took the other one out and filled in the two gaps with cardboard.

I have several questions about what I should do and what I have done.

1. The ones at the back are sucking in air from the outside of the case. Shouldn't they be other way round.

2. Is it a good idea to cover up the whole of the where the fans used to be?

3. I can very easily place the other fan in the front of the case by taking out some of the plastic slots. Should I keep it like that?

Thanks for any replies

i belive that the intake should be at the front and the exhaust at the back!

no need to cover up the holes where the old fan used to be, if you create a steady flow of fresh air through your case it wont make any difference!

you would see better responses to your questions if you could post some pictures of your case so whe know what we are dealing with!
