Castle Cops??

Guys, how do I register at Castle Cops? When I enter my user name, my email address and the security code and hit New User, it returns to the new page.
I'm not getting any email as suggested by the website. Anybody know what's going on? Is the registration at CastleCops suspended?

I know the letters are small, but you have to read them sometimes. After you clicked finish, I am sure it said you will get the mail in 7 days.

I cannot see it. Where is it supposed to be displayed? I'm asking this because the same registration form is being displayed.

Right after you clicked Finish, they displayed that message, where usually says 'We have sent you a confirmation link via e-mail'.
Just this time it says 'We will send you a confirmation link via e-mail through the next 7 days.'

It says that, I am sure trust me, and you can check. But, just now I checked, some Paul Lodansku has sent me an e-mail, looks like he's the one you get the mail from.
Be sure you haven't deleted it because you expected sth else.
