CCleaner uninstall and startup programs

I'm just looking through the uninstall and startup tools and I'm seeing a lot of programs in here that I have never heard of or seen before. I will list them off and could someone please tell me what are ok to delete and what i should keep. I would suggest just copying and pasteing this list and put an X in the box for anything that should get deleted. Thanks a lot.

idk, try googling some of those things, i dont recognize a lot of them. leave cftmon.exe enabled, that has to do with your wireless i believe
