CD Burn Program

I've been using Media Monkey to burn audio files to a CD. Problem is the program sometimes hangs during a burn. MM looks to be a great software program with many features.
I'm looking for a program that burns the artist and song (text) along with the audio and having the capability to burn across 2 CDs if needed (more tracks than one cd can hold).
Any program that can do those things?

I burn mine with itunes and my Sony CD player in my car reads the artist names and track names on the screen.
