cd burner , pls help

i have win me , and i can see my CD burner in control panel and can use it as CD rom , but when i try to burn CD , all programms can not find the burner , It did work well before , I installed and Uninstalled lots burner softwares, and now i have this kind problems ,
Any ideas ? Pls help.

Have you ever been able to burn cd's? Are you sure you have a cd burner, and not just a regular cd drive? What cd burner is it?
 
sure , i have lots mpr3 disks i made myself , and it was no problems before with the burner, and after one programs i had (dont remeber which one ) cant burn anything , some programs show progress but notning on the disk . thanks ,
