My cd drive has decided it wont work, when i put a dvd or cd in it doesnt respond in any way. The light on the cd drive door works when i open and shut it! Ive looked in the devices section on the laptop and it says there are no updates available for the drive, nor is there an exclamation mark. When i try to burn a Cd it says to connect burner and restart the media player? Whats wrong any ideas?
