cd/dvd burning program

:confused:In search of a good cd/dvd burning program that is downloadable and free, or at least free trial. I tried a few but they didnt have what i needed.

Needs to be able to arrange music files the way i want and keep them like that when burning an mp3 disc

Needs to be able to erase disc.

If possible also needs to have an option to add on Autorun to the disk {just tried a program called Cute CD DVD Burner, had this option and menu was easy but for some reason did not burn folders inside other folders.}
 
Ok, none of these programs will let me put tracks onto a disc and burn them the way i want them arranged. They always put them in alphabetical order. I want a program that will let me arrange and burn them freely. Unless Im not doing something right, but i cant seem to do it with any programs mentiond. Also tried Cheeta, cdburnerxp, and all the above mentioned.

Anyone that can help?
 
Just use Windows Media Player!! Arrange the tracks how you want them on a new playlist then drag the whole playlist over to "Burn" and click "Burn". How hard is that?
 
Windows Media player doesn't have the features like other programs do, and sometimes you need those features!

Nero,WMP,Ashampoo Burning Studio ALL give you the option to rearrange the playlist by simply dragging them around into the order you want!!

Just left click on the file in the list(playlist you've composed) hold down the mouse button and move it up/down to where you want it ;)

as "g25racer" said.... how simple is that :)
 
Yes, I get it, i can re-arrange the list, but when it burns on my comp in all these programs listed, it ALWAYS comes in alphabetical order.
 
Been MIA past week just getting back to this now. I just downloaded ashampoo free trial and I put the files into the list. I tried moving them they didnt move.
I tried WMP and arranged them they way I want, but when i burn it comes in alpha order.
I tried Final Burner and arranged them they way I want, but when i burn it comes in alpha order.
I tried BurnAware and arranged them they way I want, but when i burn it comes in alpha order.
I tried CDburnerxp and arranged them they way I want, but when i burn it comes in alpha order.
I tried Cheetah and arranged them they way I want, but when i burn it comes in alpha order.


I dont get it, you all say it can be done, i try and it doesnt. Can someone do a walk through? Do i have a setting or something that makes everything alpha order.
I wouldnt think it would be this hard to mke a cd with music files not in alpha order.
