CD/DVD drive acting funny

Today i tried installing a program but all that came up was this



I tried to put in other programs too but the same result, it keeps saying that its an Audio CD
 
It sounds like a problem with Windows itself unless your drive lens is blurred. Give a lens cleaner a good run to see if the problem remains afterwards. If it persists another idea is to use the system file checker to see whether or not there is a problem with Windows itself. You will most likely need the installation disk since it will often verify system files before any repair or replacement of damaged or mising files is done afterwards.
 
I had this problem a while ago but I don't remember exactly the reason.
but I think you have nero opened while trying to read the CD
just make sure nero is closed and then try to open the CD again
