Well you could try DAEMON TOOLS which is a nice EMULATOR which installs a virtual CD/DVD-ROM drive. You need any other software such as CloneCD or Alcohol 120% to make a NETWORK copy of your CD-ROM and then use the image to run it on individual PCs. I think there are superior solutions specifically for networks but I am not aware of them. Make sure that the CD-ROM you intend to use over a network is supported by multiple licenses from the company which produced the program and that you are granted the right to do so.
