Hey i have an HP Computer that came with a CD/DVD drive, stick on it says LightScribe DVD SuperMulti Drive / CD-Writer. it hasnt been able to burn a CD for as long as ive had it. it always says : please insert a disk into the drive. However, it reads CD's and DVD's. how can i go about fixing this? i really need to as i am going to re-format and i need to backup alot of stuff. Thanks for your help in advance.
