Hi all, I am buying a Dell a860 Vostro. I am trying to choose between the build with the Intel® Celeron M® M560 (2.13GHz, 1M L2 Cache, 533MHz FSB) and the Intel® Pentium Dual Core M® T2390 (1.86GHz, 1M L2 Cache, 533MHz FSB).

It will be running Vista Basic, and used mainly for Internet, email, photos, word processing.

Both configs come with 1 gb. Which processor is better? Is 1 gb enough for Vista Basic?

thanks

i'd go with the pentium, and 2gb or ram is recommended for vista, but you can usually just add a stick (of ram) to the bottom with out alot of issue.
