Cell Phone Mini USB

I just got a KRAZR cell phone, and the only connector is a mini USB port. I would like to play music on earphones from the cell phone, but is there any earphones that connect via mini USB? Or would I have to use a Bluetooth headset?

Usually a wired earphone headset would plug into the Mini USB, and play music, and you could use it as a headset.
