Change a motherboard of a laptop

Hi,

I bought a second hand Fuijitsu Siemens laptop which is a pentium III with windows Me on it. I was wondering if it's possible to upgrade the motherboard and the processor to either a pentium 4, M or an AMD. Is this possible? Are there any products you recommend me? I live in France right now and I'd like to know if there's any website which ships here. Thank you very much! :)
 
Unfortunatly i have never found a motherboard for a laptop sold seperatly, you would have to buy a full barebones and new cpu for about $1000 depending on how big of upgrade it is.
