Change CPU on laptop

Hello,
I want to replace cpu on laptop. I think in my pc slowest thing is CPU. My laptop is toshiba satellite a300 22W. Is psobile to change cpu without much problems or not? Or maybe there needn't to change cpu?

For all intensive purposes no. It's too much work for what it's worth and you will always have cooling problems after that.

but seriously, the only thing you can really do is upgrade the ram.

could slow pc drivers? now i'm using vista drivers on win7, because win7 drivers isn't for my toshiba

I doubt it makes any difference at all.
