Change HDD holding boot information

Hi,
I have upgraded to win7 a couple of months ago and i want to get rid of windows xp home and embedded standard on my old partition. I want to delete the F: partition (holding win xp and windows embedded standard) and use the unallocated space to expand my C: drive. Problem is: Boot information is stored on F: drive and EasyBcD wont let me change it to C: because C: is a logical drive and F: is the Primary partition.
Can i just delete the F: partition, make C: primary and restore my boot information to the C:\ drive using easyBcD?
How would i go about doing this?

Thanks,
