Ok I was looking at buying this computer.

OS: Windows Vista 64 bit
Cpu: Intel core 2 Quad Q6600 w/ Thermalright Ultra-120
Mb: Asus P5N32-E SLI
Mem: 2x 1GB Corsair Dominator PC-8500
Hd: 150Gb WD Raptor
Gpu: 768 XFX GeForce 8800GTX
Drivers: Optiarc cb-1100GNB
Mon: Samsung SM 22" Widescreen SM226BW
Psu: Antec TruePower Quattro 850w PSU
Case: Antec P182 Performance 1
Input: Microsoft black value pack 2.0

The Asus P5N32-E SLI mobo so Im told is good for gaming, fast and easy to overclock. Which sounds good to me. However I was looking through the pc shop and stumbled across this Asus P5kC
now it looks pretty good with the 1333HMz FSB and Dual-channel DDR2 1066/800/667 MHz or DDR3 1333/1066/800. The DDR2 1066 Mhz would work well with the Dominator.

However I have heard little about the board and not sure if my build would use SATA II and Crossfire (Im sure you guys will know).

Or so should I stick with the Asus P5N32-E SLI???

The first item is the 8800 seen in your sig for any plans on an SLI setup with two of those. Crossfire refers to two identical ATI models being run in a similar fashion to NVidia's SLI. You would want to stick with the NVidia chipset for a gaming build especially with the 8800. One card wouldn't be a problem however.

For having the 64bit version as the primary OS? The market is still too geared for 32bit softwares and games for having that for other then a second OS on a dual boot. This will only ne the second release by Microsoft besides the 64bit version of XP Pro. That is one other thing to consider there since it will still takes years before 64bit becomes a more widely used standard.
