Change operating system to win7? help!!

Currently I am using win8 on my laptop. But sometimes the laptop is slow, the program is suspended. Someone advised me to use win7 to end that situation. This is information about my latop:

According to you, should I use win7 or not and how to install.

The main problems you have are from the cpu being a celeron dual core and only having 2gb of ram. Celerons are terrible, bottom of the barrel slow. You need to upgrade to 4gb of ram if you can. Also, go into device manager and make sure there are no issues there. What exact model of laptop do you have?

Oh, thank you, you helped me a lot. Finally, I understand my problem, my laptop is too old, maybe I should consider buying a new laptop with 4Gb ram or more.
 
I would recommend it yes. Adding more memory would help some but not sure if it would be enough. I've worked on a lot of celeron laptops and they are just slow even with 4gb of ram. You should be able to find something cheap with an Intel I3 would be fine.
