change RAM timings in BIOs x58 Pro-e...?

so I have recently found out I need to change my RAM memory timings to
9-9-9-24 in RAM, unfortunately I have no idea how to do this. can anyone help me?
 
yea i have MSI version 8.80 I think i know where to go for it, but is it as easy as just changing some setting to 9-9-9-24 or do I have to do some other kind of change to it?
