Changeing the fan speed.

Hey I have a 4000rpm fan it only goes up to 4k rpm when it needs to is there a way that i can keep it on 4k rpm all the time(i took it form my old motherboard and it always stay on 4k rpm on that board)

There should be something in the bios... SmartFan, QFan, or something like that for the onboard fan controller. I think some boards just automatically control all fans, but my previous Abit would let you control each fan individually(thresholds and all...)
