CHANGING Case in Excel or Access

I have a database that is all capital letters and hate to use that for my letters. Can anyone tell me how to change the case from ALL CAPS to First Letter Caps to the entire list?

open help in MSExcel and search for the "LOWER" command. It will turn text to lower case, but not sure if you can get it to do a whole worksheet at once, nor first letter as caps.
