changing email address

Here lately I have been getting alot of junk mail so I changed my email address. But for some reason I still get alot of junk mail.

I have my address through Insightbb.com along with my dad. But I use Outlook Express to send and receive mail. I had to use his username and password to change my email address.

Why am I still getting junk mail with the new address?

try not giving out your email to a lot of websites, also try to click the spam button next to every junk mail that you get

if that doesnt work, get hotmail or yahoo or something
