Generally it's better to have an equal intake and exhaust.

What are you trying to do, exhaust the heat from GFX?

You could always try both configurations, and compare your temps, maybe it would work. It's hard to tell by just looking at an empty case...

Well, in general heatsinks as well as Graphic Cooling will benefit more from a negative pressure airflow. That means that the back should try to blow more air out then the front pushes in. Which is very understandable because the exhaust fan suck cool air passed the heatsinks/VGA cards and the front fans only blow in air but they blow it all over...

now as u can see on the pic ther are vents 1 where the cpu would be an one where the GFX would be.
i have 2 120mm fans 1 exaust on the back an one pushing air in on the front now i want to take the one from the front an make it an exaust on the vent in front of where my GFX would be.
i want t oknow if this will stuff my airflow up

I wouldn't do it myself because normally the back fan wouldn't suck air through the hole that is there now seeing the front fan pushes in from the front. If you take away that front fan and have it blow in the case from the side there will be no air passing through the front part of the case.

Buy a 120mm (or 92mm, I have no idea how big it can fit) for like 5 dollars and it will do a nice job. I would suggest a fan with good performance (it will most likely have a better performance then the stock fans) and place that as an exhaust in the back and then put the one from the back in the side blowing in.

Try and put the front fan softer when you do this, the back fan won't be able to blow all the air out that's being blown in giving you a possitive pressure airflow which is very messy.
