Changing ip address

I was blocked from a web forum and its blocking my ip address. How do I change my ip address so I can re register on that ofrum?

Im running vista with a netgear router if that makes any difference.

by the way, i dont want to download any program or such to hide it or what not.

they didn't ban you for nothing...

but no can do. they're banning the ip you got from your isp. Which you can't change on your own. You can try calling them but i doubt they'll do it.

As mentioned, you had to be banned for some reason. Regardless, topics like this may not be discussed here.
