Changing Mail Password for a Client

I need to reset a Mail password for a client and whenever I'm trying to access https://login.domaindiscount24.com I don't get anything related for this. Has anyone used this hosting before and might know from where I can do this please?

Are you using Domain Discount 24 for your mail provider? I've never heard of it, you might be better off simply asking the provider how to reset passwords for accounts you manage.
