changing power plan

hi guys,

ive got a domain user using a desktop pc and his power setup on that pc is for the pc to go on system stanby if not in use for 15 minutes, but i want to change it to never so i log in the pc as an admin domain user also as a local admin user for that pc and when i change the settings there and go back to his profile its still 15 minutes, why is this?

He needs to change it on his account login as each login can have different settings.

But he cant as hes a domain user it keeps on saying access denied
