Changing the name and icons at the bottom and top of my word doc for when i print it

When I try to made the school's name and icon higher on my A4 paper using word it won't go. Is there anyway that I can change the settings in Word so the heading is higher when I print out the sheet in A4? Same with the print at the bottom, I guess these are headers and footers, not sure. I also need to make the widths from the edge of the paper to the start is too wide, need to be closer to the edge?

At the top and left hand side of the page, above the white text area, there are sliders, move these and they adjust the margin sizes so you have less white space around the edges. Anything past there, like your logo, won't be printed because they are outside of the boundaries
