Changing Video Thumbnails in Windows Explorer...

I have a bunch of video files that I wanted to set to thumbnail view with the thumbnails of my choice. I've googled this question and looked all over but I was wondering if there was a program out there that lets you apply a regular .jpeg or .jpg image as the thumbnail for a given video. I know you are able to go into Windows Movie Maker and put an image as the first frame to do this, but that is a little sloppy and hopefully someone knows of a program to do this. For instance, a lot of the videos are movies for which I would apply the dvd cover as the thumbnail. Any help is very much appreciated.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's all windows does, is grabs the first frame of the video and stores it in a thumbs.db file. I cut thumbnail caching off because I don't like that, but I'm pretty sure something out there would let you pick.

Though, something i've tried and I've seen others do, when they make the video, they put the first frame as something different(their title, a specific picture, etc etc) Then when windows makes the thumbnail, it gets whatever you put there :P
